In order to be eligible:

·        Must live in chosen neighborhood

·        Must be homeowner

·        Must be 55 or older, or disabled

·        Must have household income under $25,000

Events leading to Rebuilding Day:

September - January

• Applications are reviewed by RT Richmond

• Sponsors, volunteer groups, renovation specialists and skilled helpers come on board.

January

• Selected residents are notified by RT Richmond

February - April

• RT Richmond and volunteer groups will visit the homes to evaluate repair needs and perform safety assessments.

Last Saturday in April

• Volunteers make needed repairs to the homes.
